These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Image Upscaler website and services (the "Service"), operated by I/E Igor Zuev ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). Use of the Service

Image Upscaler provides AI-powered image enlargement and enhancement. You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for any content you upload and for ensuring you hold the necessary rights to it.

Accounts

To access certain features you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to use;
• License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, host, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service except as permitted;

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) through our payment provider. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method until you cancel. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

All content and materials that make up the Service — excluding content you upload — are owned by or licensed to the Company and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to the images you upload and to the upscaled results you generate.

User submissions

If you provide us with feedback, ideas, or suggestions regarding the Service, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation to you.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or without errors, or that results will meet your expectations.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

Dispute resolution

The parties will attempt to resolve any dispute informally before pursuing formal proceedings. Any disputes not resolved informally will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
